Пробиотик ВВ-12 в питании детей

В статье описаны условия отнесения микроорганизмов к пробиотикам. Приведены данные о безопасности, механизмах пробиотического действия бифидобактрий ВВ-12, описаны их свойства и особенности использования в питании детей. Приведены данные клинических исследований изучения эффективности использования продуктов, обогащенных пробиотическими штаммами бифидобактерий, в питании взрослых и детей раннего возраста. Рассмотрены вопросы включения пробиотических штаммов бифидобактерий ВВ-12 в состав отечественных продуктов детского питания.
