Патогенез и принципы лечения алкогольной болезни печени

В статье проанализированы современные представления о клинике, патогенезе и методах лечения алкогольной болезни печени. Ведущим принципом лечения алкогольной болезни печени являются отказ от употребления алкоголя, коррекция питания, применение эссенциальных фосфолипидов, гептрала и препаратов с выраженной противовоспалительной активностью.
