Обзор клинических рекомендаций Американского конгресса реабилитационной медицины (ACRM) по диагностике и лечению пациентов с хроническим нарушением сознания

Диагностика и лечение пациентов с хроническим нарушением сознания (ХНС) остаются недостаточно изученным разделом медицины, испытывающим значительную потребность в фактологических данных. Проблематика пациентов с ХНС заключается в неопределенности прогноза на повышение уровня бодрствования, крайне высокой зависимости от наличия и качества ухода, большого количества осложнений, возникающих по мере течения заболевания. Настоящая публикация является переводом с английского языка клинических рекомендаций Американской академии неврологии (AAN), Американского конгресса реабилитационной медицины (ACRM) по диагностике и лечению пациентов с ХНС, опубликованных в 2018 г.
