В обзоре подчеркнуто высокое социальное значение хламидийной инфекции урогенитальной локализации. Освещаются вопросы эпидемиологии, диагностики и лечения данной патологии. Предложен выбор антимикробных препаратов для терапии с учетом принципов рационального использования антибиотиков.
