Артериальная гипертензия у пожилых людей

Клинические стратегии для пожилых пациентов с артериальной гипертензиейдолжны определяться с учетом наличиясиндрома хрупкости (старческой астении). Особенности старения сердечно-сосудистой системы, связь артериальной гипертензии с развитиемхрупкостии другими гериатрическимисиндромами определяют лояльные требования к целевому уровнюартериального давления и диктуют жесткие условия к выбору антигипертензивной терапии,ограничивая максимально допустимое количество лекарственных препаратов.
