Капецитабин и фторурацил в лечении колоректального рака и рака желудка: анализ прямых сравнительных исследований

В обзоре рассматривается место капецитабина как альтернативы фторурацилу (ФУ) в лечении колоректального рака (КРР) и рака желудка (РЖ). На основании результатов проведенных рандомизированных клинических исследований делается вывод, что у больных КРР-режимы с капецитабином равноэффективны таковым на основе инфузионного ФУ по показателям общей выживаемости. В то же время при метастатическом РЖ капецитабин, вероятнее всего, является даже более эффективной альтернативой ФУ.
