Остеопороз после инсульта: особенности развития, диагностики и лечения

Остеопороз при инсульте является не только медицинской, но и социально значимой проблемой. Дополнительный риск переломов опорных частей скелета, особенно проксимальных отделов бедра, ассоциируется с тяжелой инвалидизацией больных, высокой смертностью пациентов и тяжелым финансовым бременем для национальной системы здравоохранения. В статье освещены патогенетические механизмы развития нарушений костного обмена после инсульта. Показана роль эндокринных, нутритивных факторов, а также иммобилизации и характера лекарственной терапии в развитии остеопороза. Обсуждаются возможные немедикаментозные методы и лекарственные средства для лечения данной группы пациентов.
