Неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени и кардиоваскулярный риск (обзор литературы)

Неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени (НАЖБП) – наиболее частая причина хронических заболеваний печени в Российской Федерации и на Западе. НАЖБП часто ассоциирована с метаболическим синдромом и может рассматриваться как один из его компонентов. Смертность больных НАЖБП обусловлена в основном не столько прогрессированием заболевания печени как такового с развитием цирроза печени, печеночной недостаточности или гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы, как смертностью от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ). В настоящем обзоре приводятся данные о связи НАЖБП и ССЗ. Большинство исследований свидетельствуют о том, что НАЖБП связана с увеличением числа ССЗ. Риск развития ССЗ увеличивается по мере прогрессирования заболевания печени. НАЖБП выступает независимым фактором, вносящим свой вклад в развитие и прогрессирование ССЗ.
