Milgamma compositum in the therapy of neuropathic pain
Along with the positive neuroprotective effect due to content of B vitamins, Milgamma is also enhancing the effect of anesthesia. The paper summarizes data for Milgamma administration in patients with diabetic and alcoholic neuropathic pain, acute dorsalgia; recommendations on dosage and duration of therapy are presented.
