We consider the problem of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and discuses ways to its management. In connection with the improvement of pharmaceutical technologies in recent years plant preparations containing phytohormones or plant regulators are an increasingly popular means for hormonal imbalance correction. In the reproductive age coformulated drugs containing phytoestrogens (natural estrogen) in combination with fitoprogestins and tocopherols are able to relieve the PMS symptoms by action at the sex steroids receptors level.
