Choice of drugs for the treatment and prevention of acute respiratory infections (ARI) in children with allergic diseases is very difficult. For recurrent respiratory infection children with atopy, the use of immunomodulators of plant origin is promising. Application of immunotropic drugs for the prevention without mandatory immunoassay should be considered as the most reasonable. It is the author's opinion that the use of preventive immunomodulating drugs can reduce the incidence of respiratory disease and associated complications.
