Эректильная дисфункция после радикальной простатэктомии у больных раком предстательной железы: возможности лечения

Внедренная в клиническую практику 20 лет назад нервосберегающая радикальная простатэктомия (РП) позволила обеспечить мужчинам высокое качество жизни после операции за счет сохранения эректильной функции. Однако определенные факторы интраоперационного характера приводят в ряде случаев к травматизации нервных пучков с развитием в последующем эректильной дисфункции. Восстановление эрекции после РП – одна из главных задач практической урологии. Рассматриваются современные подходы с использованием, в частности, ингибиторов фосфодиэстеразы 5 типа к лечению эректильной дисфункции, развившейся после РП у больных раком предстательной железы.
