Привычное невынашивание беременности: причины, диагностика и современные подходы к терапии

В статье освещены практически все аспекты проблемы привычного невынашивания беременности – подробно описаны этиологические факторы, приведены возможные механизмы формирования этой патологии. Даны четкие рекомендации по стратегии обследования больных, рассматриваются возможные пути коррекции выявленных нарушений. Фармакотерапевтические методы лечения привычного невынашивания беременности включают гормональную заместительную терапию, иммунологические подходы, применение спазмолитиков и препаратов магния. Трудности адекватной диагностики и, как следствие, правильного лечения связаны с многофакторностью данной проблемы.
