Фенотип бронхиальной астмы с фиксированной обструкцией

Характерной особенностью бронхиальной астмы (БА) является обратимая обструкция воздушного потока, которая быстро устраняется бронхолитиками короткого действия. Однако неполная обратимость (результаты спирометрии не нормализуются, несмотря на лечение), которая также называется фиксированной бронхиальной обструкцией (ФБО), встречается у 60% пациентов с тяжелым течением БА. Больные БА с ФБО – это особая когорта, характеризующаяся тяжелым течением заболевания, торпидностью к терапии высокими дозами ингаляционных кортикостероидов. Фенотип БА с ФБО требует дополнительного изучения для определения объема и выбора терапии.
