Management of patients with puberty uterine bleeding in a day patient department allows to achieve hemostatic effect in 96,5 % of patients against the background of complex conservative hemostatic therapy. In the process of choosing a method of treatment to reduce the time for the haemostatic effect, special attention should be paid to the clinical course of disease and data of ultrasound examination of pelvic organs.
