The fundamental rights of citizens enshrined in the Constitution of Russian Federation, are the right to life, right to liberty, right to security of person, and right to information about circumstances threatening life or health. This imposes certain obligations on the physicians and pharmacist in carrying out their professional activities. The article considers the problem of responsibility of physicians and pharmacist in the case of non-observance or violation of patient rights to adequate information during medication.
