Influence of indol-3-carbinol and epigallocatechin-3-gallate on processes of alteration and reparation in pathologically modified urethra in experimental animals
The results of study of indole-3-carbinol and epigallocatechin-3-gallate (Indigal 400 mg) effects on the processes of alteration and repair of the urethra in experimental animals after surgery using tissue adhesive latex are presented. It is shown that Indigal due to antioxidant and antiproliferative properties affects the processes of alteration and repair in the pathologically altered urethra that lead to formation of cribriform elastic connective tissue with high level of capillary blood flow in this zone.
