ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL REFORM OF STATE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IN RUSSIA

The article analyzes the features of the activity of health facilities in the state health system,depending on the organizational and legal form. The first step in the structural reform of domestic healthcare system was the change in the organizational and legal form of state and municipal healthcare organizations, divided into three types: state, budget and autonomous institutions. After the organizational and legal reorganization of healthcare institutions, budget institutions in the national healthcare system accounted for about 89% of the total number of state healthcare organizations.
