EXPERIENCE OF THE USE A SHORT COURSE OF URSODEOXYCHOLIC ACID IN PATIENTS WITH CHOLESTASIS PHENOMENA

Objective: to analyze the effectiveness of a short course of treatment with ursodeoxycholic acid (preparation Grinterol, Grindex) in cholestatic syndrome. Methods. 30 patients with clinical and laboratory manifestations of cholestasis were included in the study.
All patients were prescribed a preparation Grinterol at the dose of 250 mg every 25 kg of body weight for two months, and a diet for patients with diseases of the bile ducts was also recommended. Results. The results indicate high efficacy (significant improvement of clinical and laboratory indicators) and safety (no side effects) of this drug, which allows recommending it for widespread use in patients with signs of cholestasis.
