The child’s physical health is not separable from his emotional state. Stresses actively interfere in life events of children and adolescents, reduce their ability to self-control, interfere with normal psychological and social development, and can also lead to negative consequences at an older age. In clinical practice, the application of methods with medical and preventive action, as well as recommendations for compliance with the work-rest regime, the motion state and adequate nutrition under stress conditions, with the aim of increasing the resistance to stress in childhood and adolescence, remains relevant.
