EXPERIENCE OF THE USE OF ACTOVEGIN IN THE TREATMENT OF NEUROISCHEMIC FORM OF DIABETIC FOOT SYNDROME

The article presents the results of evaluation of the effectiveness of Actovegin in patients with ischemic form of diabetic foot syndrome (DFS), and the confirmation of the results of treatment by objective methods. It is shown that Actovegin significantly improves microcirculation in patients with ischemic form of DFS, as evidenced by an increase in microcirculation according to the data of laser Doppler flowmetry in Main group of patients.
