We present two cases of little-known to practitioners Brugada syndrome (BS) in men (father and son). BS is defined as clinical and electrocardiographic syndrome characterized by episodes of syncope and a high risk of sudden cardiac death in patients without organic heart disease, caused by paroxysmal polymorphic ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation. We discuss the causes, course modalities and treatment of BS.
