Influence of therapy with cardiocytoprotector Mexicor on the function of endothelium and intracardiac hemodynamics in patients with arterial hypertension
The results of evaluation of the influence cardiocytoprotector Meksikor in combination with conventional antihypertensive therapy on endothelial function and intracardiac hemodynamics in patients with essential arterial hypertension are presented. The results showed that combined Meksikor and enalapril administration facilitates more effective correction of endothelial dysfunction and improvement of systolic and diastolic function of left ventricle (LV), accelerates deremodeling process in LV myocardium compared with monotherapy with enalapril. Meksikor in combination with metoprolol has a similar but less pronounced effect on these parameters.
