Background. Linear IgA dermatosis is a rare form of subepidermal autoimmune bullous dermatosis. Clinical and morphological
manifestations of the disease in most cases are nonspecific and similar to other diseases from the group of pemphigoids.
Description of the clinical case. The article describes the clinical observation of this rare dermatosis. The identity of the clinical and morphological picture of this case with Duhring’s disease is of particular interest. Conclusion. The importance of the immunomorphological method for verifying the diagnosis of linear IgA dermatosis is emphasized.
