The article presents the information about central nervous system (CNS) vasculitides – severe, potentially debilitating diseases, which usually develops as a result of rheumatic, infectious, drug-induced or oncological diseases. Morphological and clinical manifestations of the main types of vasculitides, as well as methods of diagnosis and differential diagnosis, and treatment principles are described.
